Growing up Muneer Al-Hameed has always been super athletic and very competitive. He is a former College Football All-American who has just recently begun his fitness journey in bodybuilding. In 2014, He decided to compete in his first bodybuilding competition. Stepping on stage at the NPC North Star as a novice Competitor, he won his class and the novice overall, as well as the Open class and the Overall Title for Men’s Physique. His next two shows, he has achieved another overall victory in the 2015 NPC Iron Viking and placed top 6 at his National Debut at 2015 NPC JR Nationals in Chicago.
Muneer currently resides in Lakeville, MN and works for C.H. Robinson / Freight Quote; while continuing to Compete Nationally and exploring opportunities in the fitness industry. Muneer has a very strong urge to inspire and reach out to as many people as possible. He feels “Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results. I want to express and transfer positive energy to each and everyone I come in contact with”. Life is a gift, and it offers us the privilege, opportunity, and responsibility to give something back by becoming more.
Muneer has decided to team up with ‘Break the Cycle” in hopes to spread awareness, educate, and find solutions for Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse.
